Frequently Asked Questions

What are the bounce house rules?

Active adult supervision is always required. No exceptions.

There are no shoes, food, drinks, silly string, confetti, gender reveal dust/powder, pen/marker/crayon/paint/etc. allowed on the bounce house as this can cause the vinyl to pop, rip, or stain.  No sharp objects or sharp jewelry that can potentially cause the vinyl to rip or stain is allowed. Any damage (beyond typical wear and tear) will result in an additional fee to repair or replace the damage done. Client is also responsible for stains as a result of make up and/or spray tans.

There is absolutely no face paint allowed.  We are not able to accommodate events with face paint. Face paint can permanently stain the bouncers. If any face paint gets on the bouncer the client will be held responsible for replacement costs.

No more than three people are allowed and must be under the maximum weight requirement. The per person weight limit is 200 pounds, depending on the size of the bouncer, an overall weight limit also needs to be complied with.

We strongly discourage allowing adults and children to jump in the bouncer together for safety issues.  An attendant for the duration of your event is available for an additional charge.

What is the deposit policy?

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date along with an executed contract.  The balance is due in cash prior to setting up for your event.  If you would prefer to pay the final balance via venmo or zelle payment is due the day before your event.

Are there any weight restrictions?

Yes, 200lbs per person is the max supported weight for our bounce houses.  There is an overall weight restriction depending on the bounce house.  When booking with us these restrictions will be noted in your contract. We also don't recommend allowing kids and adults to bounce together for safety issues. Active adult supervision is required at all times. Attendant is available upon request for the duration of your event for an additional fee.

What surfaces can bounce houses be set up on?

Bounce houses and bubble houses can be set up on grass, turf, asphalt, concrete, pavers, or inside a venue or home. We are not able to set up on rocks, gravel, or dirt.  Access to an outlet within  50ft  is required for all events as we do not offer generators.

There are minimum space requirements for all of our rentals.  Generally an additional 2 feet of space is required, for example if the bounce house being rented is 10'x10'x we would need a minimum of 12ft of space to set up.

Do you clean your bounce houses and bubble house?

Yes! We wash and sanitize our inflatables after each use.

Weather restrictions

If your event is outdoors, under no circumstances can inflatables be inflated if winds are more than 15 miles per hour. In the event of excess winds, the bounce house will either need to be moved to an indoor location or remain deflated until winds are less than 15 miles per hour.  Depending on availability, we can switch the size of the rental to accommodate and indoor area/location.

We are not able to accommodate refunds due to bad weather, including, but not limited to, wind and rain.

Bubble houses cannot be inflated if the temperature is greater than 89 degrees. No Exceptions. Bubble houses in high temperatures are dangerous.

The safety of you and your guests is our top priority and will not make any exceptions.

Balloons are also at a greater risk of popping when the temperature is more than 89 degrees.  We use only professional quality balloons, however, even professional quality balloons are at risk of popping.  We are not responsible for popped balloons due to high temperatures for outdoor events.  Using high shine on balloons outdoors also increases the risk of balloons popping. We do not recommend any type of shine on balloons when temperatures are greater than  89 degrees.

Yes! We can double stuff the balloons in the same color so in the event the top layer pops, the second layer acts as a backup.  Double stuffing the balloons is an additional charge as the cost of materials and labor is increased. We cannot however guarantee double stuffing the balloons will prevent the balloons from popping.  The best option is to have an indoor set up or to have the set up in a shaded/covered area.

Is there a way to prevent balloons from popping?

Can I supply my own balloons?

Unfortunately, no.  We use only professional grade balloons and balloons that have been tested by us. Not all balloons are the same quality and can not guarantee the quality of balloon brands we don't have experience with.  All our balloons are biodegradable and made in the USA.

If looking for more economical options for balloons garlands, we also offer balloon garlands for pick up and DIY balloon kits.

Delivery and set up fees

Delivery and set up fees is determined by location of the event and services booked.  Due to the custom nature of some of services we do not have a set delivery and set up fee for balloons garlands and curated table/decor set up.

Any pick up times after 9:00PM is subject to a $75 fee.  We may be able to accommodate next day pick up at no additional charge for non-inflatable rentals.
